Radar shows reviewed restaurant listings and the credit remaining in your own Perky tracking; it does not read your issuer balance, confirm enrollment, guarantee a restaurant accepts a benefit, or record a redemption when you arrive. Check the restaurant and issuer before relying on a listing. Automatic nearby alerts are a mobile Premium feature that needs your permission for background location and notifications. Geofences and alert delivery are approximate and may be delayed or missed by the operating system. Radar frequency and quiet-hour preferences control Perky's alert limits; choosing no cap still retains repeat protection and does not override your phone's notification settings.
Signals are cardholder-reported offers, not universal offers. Submit only terms you can verify. Do not post personal information, harassment, unlawful material or spam. You can report inaccurate or abusive submissions and block contributors; Perky may hide or remove content and restrict abusive accounts. A confirmation or redemption report from another user does not prove your account is eligible. Check your own issuer account, offer terms and enrollment before spending.
Optional Premium AI helps search reviewed Radar listings or draft a Signal from text you supply. AI may be wrong or incomplete and does not establish eligibility or availability. Review every result before relying on or submitting it. Usage limits are shown in the app; an attempted provider call may count even if it fails. Contact support@theperkyapp.com for help.
We measure how Radar and Signals are used, including alert outcomes and community activity totals, to operate, improve and troubleshoot them, as described in our Privacy Policy. That measurement never includes the places you visit, your location, search text or the content of offers.
Perky is a simple tool to help you track credit card perks and benefits. We help you remember to use your credits before they expire - that's it.
Perky is not financial advice. We're a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. Always verify perk details with your card issuer. Perks change frequently and we may not have the latest information.
Free users can track up to 3 cards (max 2 per issuer) and 3 loyalty programs, and preview a limited Radar directory. Premium unlocks more cards and loyalty programs, usage analytics, cross-device sync, the full Radar directory and wallet matching, optional mobile nearby reminders, Signal offer alerts and, when available, limited AI assistance. Community Signals can be viewed and contributed to as shown in the app; email verification is required to contribute.

Perky allows you to manually track loyalty program balances. Estimated point values are based on publicly available data and are for informational purposes only. Actual redemption values may vary. We are not affiliated with any loyalty program.
We try to keep perk information accurate, but credit card benefits change frequently. We're not responsible if a perk has changed or been discontinued. Always confirm with your card issuer before relying on any perk.
You can request account deletion from Settings or theperkyapp.com/delete-account. Perky removes your account and associated synced and community records. Local data may remain on your device until cleared or the app is uninstalled. Deleting a Perky account does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel those in the relevant store.
Perky is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any missed perks, incorrect information, or any damages arising from use of the app. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
