Radar uses your device location, including in the background when you enable nearby reminders. Restaurant matching, saved places, enrollment confirmations and the proximity alert history stay on your device. Perky does not upload your GPS coordinates or visit history. City directory requests can reveal the area you selected to our hosting provider. You can turn off Radar or revoke location permission at any time.
Signals submissions and response counts are public under a pseudonymous contributor identifier. Your account identity, abuse reports and blocked contributors are private. If you enable paid offer alerts, we store your push token, time zone and selected card types to send relevant notifications through Firebase. Disabling alerts removes that installation’s subscription. Account deletion removes private participation and authored offers, including their responses.
When you choose AI assistance, your typed query and selected city or pasted offer text are sent to Google Gemini. Do not include account numbers, payment information or personal details. We retain request identifiers and usage counts for quotas, not the full request text or draft result. Shared restaurant discovery uses public restaurant research; AI suggestions require review before they become nearby reminders.

On mobile, you can opt in to push notifications for perk expiry reminders. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver these. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or the app's settings screen. We do not send marketing push notifications without your consent.
We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics platform, to understand how people use Perky. This data is pseudonymous — events are linked to a random app ID, not to your name or email address — and helps us improve the app. We track events like cards added, perks toggled, and pages viewed. We don't sell this data to third parties.
